ANE has awarded SC Nasser three of the five N324 paving contracts, between Maganja da Costa and Pebane, under the Mais Estradas 2031 programme.

Mozambique's National Roads Administration (ANE), through its Zambézia Provincial Delegation, has awarded SC Nasser three of the five engineering design and paving contracts for National Road N324, under the Accelerated National Roads Rehabilitation and Construction Programme 2026–2031 ("Mais Estradas").
The three lots are contiguous and total 138 km: Maganja da Costa–Muedebo River (40 km), Muedebo River–Munhiga River (49 km) and Munhiga River–Pebane (49 km). The contracts, signed on 4 November 2026, run for 60 months, covering detailed design, construction and 30 months of performance-based routine maintenance.
The works are funded by the Government of Mozambique through the Road Fund. According to Lusa, work on the N324 is expected to start in the first quarter of 2027.
