For SPI Niassa — then the Niassa Provincial Directorate of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources — under the National Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Programme (PRONASAR), SC Nasser built the Malila water supply system between 2021 and 2023.
The system draws water from five 10-inch production boreholes and conveys it through a DN 200 rising main to the consumption points.
